Violation of Canadian rights of freedom

On September 30th, 2022 @ 14:15pmI was pulled over by the RCMP and first told that someone had phoned in and said a person on a scooter was in medical distress on the highway headed towards Granum Alberta. After I told the officer I was doing the drive to Fort Macleod from Claresholm on my scooter to try and raise funds to try and buy scooters for the disabled and seniors in Claresholm. He then proceeded to tell me I wasn’t allowed to have my scooter on the highway. I told him CST. Jones that I had done it before, from Claresholm to Stavely Alberta and never had this issue as Chris (Supervisor at the time from the RCMP) had pulled up behind me, told me to be safe and then left. Cst. Jones then arrested me after I told him “I have MS” 3 times but dragged me off the scooter and handcuffed me and dragged me to the back of his patrol vehicle and put me in the back. I was issued a warning ticket and driven home in the back seat like a common criminal where everyone could see me. My scooter was towed back to my residence (damaged by the handling of it) I felt humiliated, my rights were violated and wrongfully charged with an offence that was made up. I want to sue Cst Jones and the RCMP for overall treatment and other violations of my rights as a disabled Canadian.
